NEXT DAY DELIVERY Products held in stock at our warehouse in Redditch state NEXT DAY DELIVERY. Orders received for these products before 2:45 pm are despatched the same day for delivery to you during the next working day, this excludes remote areas of the UK, weekend deliveries and bank or public holidays.

OVERSEAS DELIVERY If delivery is required outside of the UK, i.e. non-UK mainland including Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, Europe or the rest of the World, then additional delivery charges will apply. An email will be sent after your order has been placed detailing current delivery charges.
RETURNS We believe that PARRS products are the best you can buy, however, if for any reason the goods received do not meet your requirements or you have simply changed your mind, then call our Customer Service Team on 01527 585777 or email sales@parrs.co.uk to arrange for a refund or replacement.
Returns are subject to be following conditions:
Goods are returned within 30 days of delivery and are unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging.
Return of goods is at the buyer's expense.
Refunds will be credited via the original payment method.
Goods are subject to our right to levy a 20% restocking charge.

Please note that If your goods have been damaged during transportation. You must sign for goods as ‘damaged’ and notify us of the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
